FAQs
Are you able to produce additional information cards and menus
to enclose with your invitations?
Yes we are able to do these and they will be produced to fit
within and match the style of your chosen invitation.
Are you able to include a specific motif, card choice, pattern
or symbol of our choosing?
Of course - we are happy to incorporate any of the bride and
grooms specific requirements (providing these are within
copyright)
We are trying to colour match a particular shade that we have
identified - can this be done?
Yes, we have a number of resources whereby we can obtain ribbon,
card, envelopes that can be colour matched to a particular fabric
shade or colour. Just provide us with a small sample or
swatch and we will get to it.
We are having a themed wedding, can you produce stationery to
match?
Absolutely! We love this sort of challenge and can draw on all
our creativity to put together a number of different ideas for you
to choose from.
Do you do order of service?
Yes and for a reasonable price of around £1.00 per booklet,
which is of a high quality and produced to your specifications.
I want to order some invitations but am unsure if they are
exactly right - can I order a sample?
Yes - just select the product that you wish and order 1 of that
product, you will not be charged any postage for a sample.
(Due to the size and nature of them, we are unable to provide
samples of our table plans).
Our guests need to select their menus - can their menu choice
be printed on their place names?
Yes, for the standing, straight and folded place names the menu
choices can be added to the reverse of the place names. For
our tied place names we are provide a MENU card (a small tab which
is threaded through the ribbon and sits underneath the napkin).
An example of this is shown in our St Clements theme under
the tied place names section. We will print this information for
you for a small additional cost.
We want to write our own guest names onto our place names, can
we purchase them without the guest names printed?
Yes, of course. Please just order the place names as usual
and email us to advise that you would like to receive them without
the guest names. Deduct 10p from the display cost.
How is postage calculated?
Postage varies substantially with differing orders, postage is
calculated based on the weight and size of the products in the
order and will be shown when you checkout. Table plans are
sent by special delivery requiring a signature. If you have
any questions about costs of a specific order, please just contact
us.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Most stationery orders can take approximately 5 weeks to
complete, but this will of course depend on the size and
content. If you require your products in a shorter time than
this, please contact us to discuss as we will do what we can to
help you. Table plans usually require around 4 weeks but
table names and numbers can be supplied around 2 weeks before the
wedding date. If this is required you can order the table
plan colours and format and then send on your guest names closer to
the date of your wedding (this allows preparatory work to be
done).
Do you deliver to the UK?
Yes we do, orders to the UK will incurr an additional charge of
20% at checkout. VAT is not payable in the Channel Islands
but if you receive goods into the UK, you would be required to pay
a charge of 20% at the post office in order that they could release
your products to you. To make it less admin for you we will
add the 20% charge to your order so that you can immediately
receive your package on delivery into the UK and a separate payment
is therefore not required.
Do you deliver to Europe?
Please just contact us if you would like to order from us but
you live outside of the Channel Islands or the UK. We can
just re-calculate the postage and would be happy to provide you
with a quote.
